Cindy was so kind and extremely helpful during a stressful situation and I am so thankful she was in the office today! I would 100% recommend renting from this location where the staff is so helpful. The facility is very nice and the rates are very reasonable.

The store manager, Cindy, was so very sweet and helpful, was professional in the process of getting me in. The storage unit was clean before move-in. I’ve used this storage company back in the late 90s and they still treat their customers very well. I highly recommend using their storage units!

Rented a storage unit for over eight years. It was often advertised that new rentals would pay less than half of what current renters would pay. Recently, I questioned this and was told by Cindy, the manager, that she would speak with the regional manager after he returned from surgery the following week to see what could be done. That was over a month ago, and I have not heard back from her. This past weekend, I moved everything out and had to call to let her know since she was not in the office on Saturday. When I called, I was told no money would be refunded. I am paid through the 23rd. She also tried to tell me I was only paid through the 20th, but I questioned it because I knew when my due date was. She then said she had misspoke. I asked her to please contact the regional manager regarding a refund since she had never gotten back to me on why I was paying double what a new renter would pay. She said she would email to see what she could find out and let me know. I asked her if she was going to let me know this time since she didn’t last time and her reply was I’ll mark your unit as “moved out” and then hung the phone up on me. Extremely poor customer service on more than one occasion and office manager lacks professionalism. When I went Saturday to empty my storage unit, the gates going in and out, that you need a code to enter and exit were both up and remained up for the entire duration. Not a very secure property. As a side note, on more than one occasion I let the office staff know that while I was at my storage unit that it appeared that someone was living inside one of the storage units. They went inside one of the internal doors, with food and beverage, no car, and they never came back out while I was there. Being female, this was very unsettling to me. My complaints to the office staff were quickly dismissed.

We had such a hard time finding the right place to store our belongings until we came here and Cindy was more than willing to help. We came at close the first day and had to come back the next morning but both days she was available, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. I can honestly say she made us feel like we were friends and not just another number like most places. Cindy deserves a raise!

I don’t usually do reviews, but based on my pleasant experience with Manager Cindy Hudson, I had to give feedback. Cindy went out of her way by opening the office early before it was time to open the doors for business. She answered my questions and went over the many storage options I had questions about. Cindy is a person that I would love to have represent my business when dealing with the public! I Will definitely recommend this business!!
