Cindy is GREAT! She picked up on cues that we were pressed for time, yet still gave us a great customer experience! She got all of our paperwork explained, signed, and processed quickly. She took the time to walk us through entering our gate code and ensuring it worked. And, she walked us to our unit so we knew exactly which one was assigned to us. She was very accommodating and professional!I think the manager of the site needs to do something so the sun isn't nailing the front desk employees in the eyes all afternoon while they are watching the gate area through their window. Cindy never complained but I know I wouldn't be happy in that work environment!

Until the last few days I had my things in storage here for 3 years. And in that 3 years the manager in the office Cindy, has been nothing short of absolutely amazing. When I fell on hard times she was there to help work with me and was extremely understanding. I couldn't be more thankful for all of her wonderful help and service over the last few years. The world needs more people like Cindy.And Cindy in case you see this: Thank you again for everything. All your patience and understanding all the amazing service you provided. While I am glad the journey of storage has come to an end, I couldn't be happier to have met such a wonderful person.

Cindy was so incredibly helpful!! I had issues getting into my unit and she was so so helpful, both over the phone and in person. She made everything so smooth, I was in and out in 5 minutes. If you ever need anything at rent-a-space, ask for Cindy!!!

Melissa and Cheyenne were so very nice and professional with us. We appreciate it. Because Virginia Tech and Radford are so close, many of the storage units are full with no vacancy. Additionally, I've also found that in this area, they don't have to be clean nor well kept because it's so busy, especially in the summer. Lastly, some even say they have a three month minimum for storage. Rent - A - Space was so clean, professional, and pleasant to work with. Thanks for the great experience. Greg
